NASCAR at Watkins Glen: Vegas odds, fantasy advice, prediction, sleepers, drivers to watch

The Big 3 will look to keep their dominance as NASCAR heads into the second road-course race of the season: the GoBowling at the Glen 220.

While Kyle Busch, Kevin Harvick and Martin Truex Jr. are the favorites once more, on this 2.45-mile monitor at Watkins Glen there are certain to be a few drivers, that you may not anticipate, threatening the leaders.

AJ Allmendinger has only two top-10 finishes this year, however with four top-10s in his last five races at the Glen such as a triumph in 2014, he’ll be at or near the top all day as his competitive nature plays nicely on these road courses – even if Watkins Glen isn’t as technically challenging as Sonoma.

Denny Hamlin might not be the same type of sleeper pick as Allmendinger, however with five top-10 endings – including four in the top 5 in his past five road-course races – the 37-year-old needs to be optimistic that he could catch his first win of the season in New York on Sunday.
